Regular Meetings of the Moraga-Orinda Fire District Board of Directors are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. - with closed session beginning at 6 p.m. and open session beginning at 7 p.m. The location of the meeting is listed on each agenda, as it may vary.
When the day for a regular meeting of the District Board falls on a legal holiday, the District Board, at the preceding meeting, shall determine the time and date of any rescheduled meeting. Various other Special meetings are scheduled throughout the year to address time-sensitive District issues. Meetings take place in person and via Zoom videoconference.

Public Workshops on the Long Range Financial Forecast and Draft Community Wildfire Protection Plan will be held during our March 17, 2021, Regular Board Meeting of the Moraga-Orinda Fire Protection District Board of Directors. The Public Workshops and Regular Board Meeting will be held via teleconference with closed session beginning at 5 p.m. and open session beginning at 7 p.m. Teleconference details are available on the agenda.
