The online Self-Compliance Reporting tool is meant to assist property owners who have received a pre-citation or citation and wish to request an extension.  If you have already submitted an extension request an open case, do NOT start a new report.  Please refer to the confirmation email you received from your initial submission.  

Please follow the instructions listed below.  

Instructions

1. Enter Property Address
2. Enter Inspection/Case Number. 
3. Enter a description in the Describe Your Problem or question in detail box or state “Request an Extension.”
4. Please provide a brief explanation of the reason why you need an extension and the date for which you are seeking an extension.
5. Extensions will only be granted for a maximum of 30 days from the due date of your notice.
6. Enter your Contact Information and submit
7. You will receive a confirmation e-mail confirming receipt.
