The Fire District is organized into seven functional divisions: Operations, Support Services, Emergency Medical Services, Training, Fire Prevention and Fuels Mitigation and Administrative Services. The Fire Chief is responsible for the overall organizational productivity and accountability as well as the implementation of the strategic plan and budget.
The Management staff consists of one Deputy Fire Chief, one Fire Marshal, one Administrative Services Director, three Battalion Chiefs, one Fuels Mitigation Manager, one Finance Manager, one Human Resources Manager, and one Prescribed Fire Program Manager.
