Proclamations are issued by the Board of Directors to recognize exceptional events, groups or people. The goal of a proclamation is to recognize and celebrate the extraordinary achievements of District residents, non-profit organizations and to honor occasions of importance and significance to the residents of the Moraga-Orinda Fire Protection District.
