Instructions on How to Check Fire Compliance (Realtors & Sellers Only) 
  1. Enter Property Address
  2. In the “Describe Your Problem” field, please enter “Realtor/Seller requesting fire code compliance.”  You must include the address or Assessor’s parcel number (APN).
  3. Drag/drop or upload images*, if any, in the box below.  Photos cannot be deleted once uploaded.  (Maximum of 5 photos). 
    *Upload photos in the specified order as shown in the below diagram (photo #1, photo #2 front of house, etc.)

  5. Enter Contact Information
  6. Press SUBMIT CONTACT INFORMATION
  7. You will receive a confirmation e-mail.
