The Moraga Orinda Fire District (MOFD) requests proposals/bids for the purchase of one (1) Portable Environmental Beta Attenuation Mass Monitor and related components for use by the fire district. Funding for this purchase comes from the 2020 State Homeland Security Grant Program.
Bids may be received in the Fire Administration Building, 1280 Moraga Way, Moraga CA 94556. E-mail bids will be accepted at jlee@mofd.org. Bids must be received no later than Friday, November 26, 2021 at 5:00 PM. Bidders are strongly encouraged to submit bids in advance of the due date to avoid possibility of missing the deadline due to unforeseen circumstances. Vendors assume the risk of the methods of dispatch chosen. MOFD assumes no responsibility for delays caused by any package or mail delivery service. Postmarking by the due date and time will be returned unopened. Additional time will not be granted to any vendor. Additional time may be granted to all vendors when MOFD determines that circumstances require it.
