NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Moraga-Orinda Fire Protection District intends to hold a public hearing and adopt Resolution 22-04 and Resolution 22-05, confirming and adopting the reported costs incurred by the District in abating public nuisances on certain property with the district pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 14912 at a Teleconference meeting on February 16, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. The Board of Directors will receive and consider the report of abatement charges for the 2021 abatement season, accumulated for the removal of weeds other hazardous vegetation, rubbish, and other fire hazard conditions, which the Board of Directors declared a public nuisance on June 16, 2021 by Resolution 21-13, from certain properties within the District. Once approved, the abatement charges will be registered as a special assessment and lien on the property tax roll for each particular parcel. Following is a list of the affected properties:
