Regular Meetings of the Moraga-Orinda Fire District Board of Directors are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. - with closed session beginning at 6 p.m. and open session beginning at 7 p.m.  The location of the meeting is listed on each agenda, as it may vary. 

When the day for a regular meeting of the District Board falls on a legal holiday, the District Board, at the preceding meeting, shall determine the time and date of any rescheduled meeting.  Various other Special meetings are scheduled throughout the year to address time-sensitive District issues.  Meetings take place in person and via Zoom videoconference.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Moraga-Orinda Fire District will hold a public hearing and first reading of Ordinance 22-01, an ordinance revising the Schedule of Fees for District Services, at its regular meeting on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. held via webinar/teleconference (only) in accordance with AB 361. The District's Schedule of Fees revision is based on the annual change in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) Urban Wage Earners, San Francisco-Oakland-San Jose, CA region, increased 3.8% effective October 2021 (most recent). Two additional fees have been added for services to the Group E-Occupancies – Schools, Public Schools Mandated Inspections. Data related to the District's costs for providing the service or enforcement and revenue sources are available for review by contacting the District Clerk.
